Could I trade in a Apple iPod Touch 2G for a Apple iPhone 2G or 3GS?

I recently had access to Have iPod 2G, but the battery life is horrible.So could I exchange it or something?

I have a 2G ipod move, and what I can tell you if you use your applications all the time, that uses up your battery much alive. i load mine at least twice a day. but if you're just using it as a sport mp3, the battery is not bad at all. i love my ipod disturbing, I use it as much as I use my phone. I do not know but if you can exchange it against anything.
